1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 6-Figure Diva® (the “Site”), operated by Diva CEOs Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, including our products, courses, programs, and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Site and our services. 

2. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, videos, designs, training materials, trademarks, service marks, and digital downloads, is protected under Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Certain trademarks, brand assets, and intellectual property associated with the 6-Figure Diva® brand are owned by 12942291 Canada Inc., a related entity, and are used under license by Diva CEOs Inc.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without the prior written consent of Diva CEOs Inc. and/or 12942291 Canada Inc., as applicable.

3. Use of Site and Services

You agree to use this Site and any products, courses, programs, or services offered solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree that you will not share, resell, sublicense, or distribute any products, courses, programs, or materials provided by the Company, in whole or in part, nor represent yourself as an authorized agent, partner, or representative of the Company.

You further agree not to interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the functionality, security, or operation of the Site.

4. Purchases & Payments

When purchasing any products, courses, programs, or services from the Company,  you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing and payment information.

  • All sales are final unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by the Company.

  • If a payment plan is offered, all payments must be completed in full in accordance with the agreed schedule. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of access to purchased content or services, without refund.

  • Prices, offerings, and availability are subject to change at any time, with or without notice.

5. No Guarantees of Earnings

While the Company’s products, courses, programs, and services are designed to support education, strategy, and business development, no guarantees are made regarding specific results, income, revenue, profits, or earnings.

Any statements, examples, testimonials, or references to potential results are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute a promise, representation, or guarantee of actual outcomes.

You acknowledge that your success depends on many factors beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to your background, experience, effort, skills, dedication, decision-making, and market conditions. Individual results will vary, and you accept full responsibility for your outcomes and decisions.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

All purchases of products, courses, programs, and services from the Company are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing at the time of purchase.

  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for the full amount of the purchase price, regardless of whether you complete, access, or fully participate in the course, program, or service.

  • If a payment plan is offered, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in accordance with the agreed plan. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of access to purchased content or services, without refund.

  • The Company reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule any course, program, service, event, or offering. In such cases, the Company may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative date, substitute service, or issue a refund where required by law.

  • Digital products, downloadable materials, and instant-access content are considered delivered upon purchase and are strictly non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diva CEOs Inc., and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, products, courses, programs, services, or content provided by the Company.

This includes, without limitation, any damages or losses resulting from:

  • Your access to, use of, or inability to use the Site, products, courses, programs, or services;

  • Any errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, delays, or inaccuracies in the content or materials provided;

  • Any unauthorized access to or use of the Company's servers, systems, or your personal or financial information;

  • Any decisions, actions, or results based on information, strategies, guidance, or advice obtained through the Company's products, courses, programs, or services.

In no event shall the total liability of Diva CEOs Inc. exceed the amount actually paid by you to the Company for the specific product, course, program, or service giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Diva CEOs Inc., and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your access to, use of, or misuse of the Site, products, courses, programs, or services;

  • Your violation of these Terms of Use or any applicable law, rule, or regulation;

  • Your infringement of any intellectual property, proprietary, privacy, or other rights of any third party;

  • Any content, data, or information you submit, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Site or services.

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of these Terms of Use and your use of the Site or services.

9. Termination

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Site, products, courses, programs, or services at any time and without notice if you violate these Terms of Use, engage in unlawful behavior, or misuse the Site or offerings in any manner.

Termination does not relieve you of any financial obligations incurred prior to the effective date of termination, including outstanding payments under any payment plan or purchase agreement.

Any provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination, including, without limitation, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law, shall survive termination.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Company’s products or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montréal, Québec, and you hereby irrevocably submit to such jurisdiction.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to reflect, as closely as possible, the original intent of the parties in accordance with applicable law.

12. Changes to these Terms

The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Use at any time to reflect changes in its practices, offerings, or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.

Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on this page, with the updated effective date indicated. Your continued use of the Site, products, courses, programs, or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
