1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 6-Figure Diva™ (the “Site”), a signature brand of Million Dollar Diva Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, our products, courses, programs, and services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. 

2. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, videos, designs, training materials, and digital downloads, are the exclusive property of Million Dollar Diva Inc. and are protected by Canadian copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

3. Use of Site and Services

You agree to use this Site and our services solely for lawful purposes. You will not:

  • Share, resell, or distribute our products, courses, programs, or any of our materials.

  • Misrepresent yourself as an authorized agent of our company.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the Site.

4. Purchases & Payments

When purchasing any products, courses, programs, or services from the Company,  you agree to provide accurate billing information.

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Payment plans must be completed in full. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of access.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

5. No Guarantees of Earnings

While our content is designed to help you grow your business, Million Dollar Diva Inc. makes no guarantees regarding results, income, or earnings. 

Your success depends on many factors outside our control, including your effort, skills, dedication, and market conditions.

We do not promise or warrant that you will achieve any specific financial results, and you accept the risk that earnings and outcomes will vary for each individual.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

All purchases of products, courses, programs, and services from the Company are non-refundable, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing at the time of purchase.

  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for the full amount of the purchase price, regardless of whether you complete, access, or fully participate in the course, program, or service.

  • If payment plans are offered, you are required to complete all scheduled payments in accordance with the agreed plan. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

  • The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses, programs, or services. In such cases, you will either be offered an alternative date or a refund at the Company’s sole discretion.

  • Digital products, downloadable materials, and instant-access content are considered delivered upon purchase and are strictly non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Million Dollar Diva Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:

  • Your access to, use of, or inability to use the Site, products, courses, programs, or services;

  • Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content provided;

  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers, systems, or your information;

  • Any decisions, actions, or results based on the information, strategies, or advice obtained through our courses, programs, or services.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to the Company for the product, course, program, or service that gave rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Million Dollar Diva Inc., its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use or misuse of the Site, products, courses, programs, or services;

  • Your violation of these Terms of Use or any applicable law;

  • Your infringement of any intellectual property, proprietary, or privacy rights of a third party;

  • Any content, data, or information you submit, upload, or make available through our Site or services.

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of these Terms of Use and your use of the Site or services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site, products, courses, programs, or services at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms of Use, engage in unlawful behavior, or otherwise misuse our offerings.

Termination does not release you from any financial obligations incurred prior to the date of termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montreal, Quebec.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The invalid portion shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable law that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update or modify these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, offerings, or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.

All updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
